Origins
I've tried to find out where this award originated and it's meaning but it all seems a bit of a mystery as to who started it and how long it's been circulating the blogosphere! The general feeling is "Liebster" in German translates to "dearest" or "beloved." Cute.
The award is given to "up and coming" bloggers with fewer than 200 followers.
The Rules
1.Thank the person who nominated you and provide a link back to the site.
2.Copy and paste the Liebster Award logo to your blog.
3.Choose five more up-and-coming bloggers who you feel deserve the award and hope that they will accept and nominate in turn five more.
2.Copy and paste the Liebster Award logo to your blog.
3.Choose five more up-and-coming bloggers who you feel deserve the award and hope that they will accept and nominate in turn five more.
Sharing the love!

ReplyDeleteLiebster is the noun that comes from the adjective liebling meaning favourite/loved and the verb lieben, meaning to love, in German. Happy Liebster Blog Award.
